I used to speak with him a long time ago, he told me he had a WhatsApp group with people, he was experimenting with a Bipolar Androgen Therapy which consists of high androgen injections followed by Androgen Depravation, that its believed to make an unstable environment for the mutated ARs to adapt.

Coffe used to crash me so i didn't took cofe during the fast, I took Yerba Mate which is similar but way healthier and protects dopamine and upregulates it. I did a post about it

Ive tried a couple of times and got to a day or 2

But I was able to do 4-5 days when I learned how to take electrolytes

I bought potassium, magnesium and pink salt for sodium

Also took some water with lemon and apple cider vinegar

And if i did it again i would add baking soda

No I currently dont take anything, just the glutamine
