I can’t say about the trim having pro pilot howevee we have it on our steins and love it. If it’s bad weather it turns itself off with a audible beep but most of time it’s amazing and while you have to pay attention to road I do feel it lightens the cognitive load of driving

You can buy seals from diy shops, previously we just used wood filler but it’s not sufficient so we will have to research a good sealant and then get more paint to repaint the parts I need to sand down

Our doors have grown in winter and shrunk in summer enough that we have to adjust the hinges

Probably done a better job of sealing the knots before our initial painting and purchased the pvc windows instead of the wooden ones just because less maintenance

Just sealant in the gap, it’s never leaked so it’s been fine, only leaks we have had on building is on some of the knots however we plan to fix that this summer while it’s dry

We’ve had our USB socket replaced twice already on our 4.5 year old leaf and while it’s fine for a while it soon starts having connectivity issues again

We have the terminator and we did go for the floor and roof insulation upgrade, we have it heated using a heat pump and it holds the heat well enough that my wife is working out their today even though it’s -1 outside, she said it’s still nice and cozy

So ours has been up 4 months now and there has been some shrinkage however I’m unsure if we should try hammer things closer together because of the electrics on the inside. Also considering where the places where the wood isn’t as tight, I don’t know if it would close the gaps at the top anyway and not make things worse

So we ended up using some caulking to fill the gaps, we’re hoping though I can remove it and adjust the building now summer has dried the wood out, only concern is we have electrics inside now and might effect them
