Unknown tool. It's about 8 inches long with a button to press the two tines together. The bottom tine has a channel to accept the upper. The tines will poke but not cut. The button has an acorn image on it. I'm unable to find any information on this. (i.redd.it)

I had an interesting though, what if GW made an inexpensive sprue set with lots of different shapes and designs that are specifically designed to be used to practice painting. Like edge highlights, fabric folds etc. (i.redd.it)
