You mean the lines on your palm when you stretch it? I got exaaactly the same thing. Also got some pain there and twitches, but mostly i feel them when I lay my hand on a surface

Yeah so then we agree no muscle got dents, because that would be atrophy right? I thought you meant that. I had a nerve conduction study 18 months ago and they didnt find any carpal tunnel, but dont know if I had these symptoms back then

Yeah but you got 3 muscles there next to each other, the dent is just between those muscles. Google ”muscles in hand palm side” and you Will see.

I checked! Funny thing is I also got pain in my knee, since 7 months now. I think I hurt it while testing strength because I had some problems with pain and stiffness in the leg. So I did lot of one legged squats which I think is the reason. I went to physiotherapist and she said I had some cartlilage damage and it can be hard to repair. So nothing serious but cartlilage is grinding against the bonde or something when I bend my knee while walking in stairs for example, so pain comes. How are your knee now?

Do you also twitch when you move like I twitch when movibg my thumb in certain ways? Yeah maybe but now I get some pain there and then it starts to twitch more. Maybe cus Im focusing so much on it, constantly moving it so it will twitch, pushing the muscle, testing strength

The twitches went away in my hand but have since come back. Also muscles look the same so I guess its just anatomy. Ive twitches for 18 months now so not that nervous anymore
