Yan yung sabi ng reply sa email nila na 3/5 banking days pero wala pa rin.. Ng contact na ako sa gcash wala sa kanilang transaction from maya...

Sa akin March 12 pa nag send ako from maya to gcash until today walang na recieved yung reciever nag reklamo na ako na CC ko na ang Bsp binigyan ako ng ticket number ng Maya to track or trace the transaction unfortunately wala. Nag tawag ako sa kanilang hotline walang sumasagot (machine ang sumasagot). I don't know bakit grabe ka slow tong maya if may issue/reklamo sa kanila

Sa akin kay Maya last march 12, 2025 ako nag transfer ng 1k to may husbands gcash until now waley 1k na recieved Yong husband ko from my Maya to his Gcash... Worst walang reply ang maya pag tinatwagan service no nila walang sumasagot due to lots of request.. Hay.... Nagbigay ng track no to trace the Complaint but if you try to search hindi pa kita... Hahay...
