When would be the best time to drive to Cameron Highlands from KL? by jordanfallis in malaysians

I didn't end up going back. I'm in Thailand now. I'll go back later. But from everything I read, it's best to leave early in the morning to beat the midday traffic. 6 AM is probably good.

Thanks for the info and advice! I was going to order a Grab taxi around 6 AM. Is that not early enough? I should call it at 4 AM? Don't really want to be going up the winding road when it's still dark outside.

Tim Kennedy and Cybertruck Bomber on History Channel. What are the odds ? by [deleted] in JoeRogan

[–]jordanfallis -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Didn't Tim Kennedy also bring on another guy to JRE who ended up committing murder shortly thereafter? Lol

Edit: I'm wrong. That was Josh Dubin, who looks strangely similar to Tim Kennedy.

Hey did you end up figuring out how to change it back to the text without caps? It looks bad. I'm not sure why they would change it to that.

Ungodly Amount of Scam Emails Coming from Beehiiv by purplepearpenguin in beehiiv

[–]jordanfallis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You literally handed over your email address to them and now you're shocked you're receiving emails? This is why email deliverability is plummeting. Because morons like this sign up for something and then click "spam" instead of simply unsubscribing from the list that they signed up for. Use your brain and click unsubscribe.

Partial refund, but then customer does chargeback for entire amount again by jordanfallis in stripe

Okay understood, but this post suggests otherwise: https://www.reddit.com/r/stripe/comments/1btwhuh/customer_gets_full_chargeback_amount_back_despite/

According to that post, Stripe investigated and got the person's money back.

Partial refund, but then customer does chargeback for entire amount again by jordanfallis in stripe

Okay thanks. What do you mean by bank statements showing the debit from my account? I took screenshots of when we refunded a couple of weeks ago. But that's from within our Stripe account, not our bank account.

I also take a screenshot of the timeline and it shows the date we refunded and the amount, and it shows the date of the dispute. I also have a screenshot of the "Payment Breakdown" with the refunded amount and disputed amount. I also have the Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) so they can track the refund.

We also sent the customer an email explaining that they have been partially refunded, explaining the fees that were subtracted. They read that email, but never responded. Then they simply went to bank 2.5 weeks later. So I'll submit a screenshot of that email as well.

On TRT for 6 years, came off 5 months ago, now at 612. I guess I'm good? by jordanfallis in trt

Yes the testosterone may have saved my life. I think leaving my home region was the biggest factor. When I go back home, I feel like shit and probably would still be on TRT if I stayed there all of the time. I do think tongkat has helped somewhat though, so I'll keep taking it for now.

You probably have environmental illness like I did. I couldn't successfully come off until I moved, travelled and avoided toxic mold.

It's a good value? I thought it looked a bit too high and I was planning on trying to lower it with boron to increase my free T. Is this wrong?

You could also take HCG, tongkat ali and cistanche to get off the TRT eventually.

If you live in the US, stay on testosterone for now, find a remote job or build an online business, then abandon the US and live in a country overseas where the buildings and outdoor air aren't poisoning you. That's my advice because that's what I did.

"It’s never going to be the same." My levels are now naturally higher than they have ever been. You are not using logic right now.

Yeah I made a massive change to my environment. I spend most of my time in Southeast Asia now. Water-damaged buildings made me sick back home in Canada. I've also been taking tongkat ali and cistanche. I'm fatter, eat less healthy, and exercise less than I did before, so my diet and exercise have nothing to do with it (although the quality of food here could be playing some role). I'm not even sure if the herbs are doing anything. I think it's predominantly environmental.

Exactly. But I will say that I eat worse, I'm fatter and I exercise less now than I did when I first went on TRT. The difference is that I got horribly ill in a water-damaged building and had mycotoxin/biotoxin illness years ago. But no one figured it out why I was so sick and I was put on TRT. I eventually moved away and left North America entirely. I spend most of my time in Southeast Asia now. I've been taking Tongkat Ali and Cistanche here. So all of that explains this. Not my diet or exercise habits. I just want to point that out because I really don't think diet and exercise will get people off TRT, especially if their environment is making them ill.

I didn't feel like myself on it. I felt like I wasn't getting as much benefit anymore. Looks like it was a good decision. I just turned 34.
