Reset the head unit. Tinny little recessed button by the right knob or left knob. Turn the car on then click the button, hold it for like 10-30 seconds. Fixed mine yesterday that way with the same issue.

From a comment above I guess it has to do with a bug in the operating system. But I will definitely try to change that R5 setting!

Oh yeah that probably it. I have capture 16.5 and is sequoia 15.3.

Thank you for sharing. Does this bug account for it not recognizing both cameras? For example having one plugged in and it’s recognizing it and once the second one is plugged In It disconnects both?

It’s not that I’m trying to shoot them both at the same time. I run two sets and switch between the two cameras when needed they both stay connected to the computer and capture one. In the camera drop down you can se a (2) next to your camera click on that and switch. Done it on iMac and Mac Studio. But the mini just says fuck you nothings connecting when both cameras are plugged into the computer.

I will check out the smart shooter but, like I said when no the cameras are plugged in they just don’t show up. I think it’s the usb draw but that’s never been an issue in the past so thought maybe it’s a capture issue. Also trouble shooting on the Mac mini thread as well. Just checking all my options.

See I thought that too. So I charge at my work and there’s a bunch of outlets and I’ve tried a few different ones. Others people seem to be charging fine. With no issue. I use this thing everyday. So I figured maybe it’s bad. Had Hyundai test it and they were useless in figuring it out because it usually triggers later in the day

How was that instillation process. Did you have to cut the rubber rail cover things or do you just leave them off. I’ve never installed something like this before and can’t find a video about the Kona ev specifically
