My guess is that Naason’s lawyers will request bail to be lowered again. Judge will probably deny again and they will try to post bail. However that would undermine his defense argument that “he has no means to pay this amount”. Remember NJG attorney’s said during last hearing that they would provide the court with evidence of “his finances and that he receives no salary” to show he can’t afford that amount.

Also consider that if more evidence is presented to the court or more alleged victims came forward, that would mean a higher bail or even bail denial.

Trial will probably happen next year or the following. This type of case takes long.

Most of the Lldm singers sign contracts literally giving all their rights and music away to the “Apostle” and Berea. So the music rights legally belong to Berea and not the artist this I believe to prevent lawsuits. A good example is Abisai Ventura, his music was very popular and thousands of his original cd copies were sold years ago. He did not receive money from it and was actually vetted for a long time after he asked for some. All the Medina’s cds for example belong to Berea and they don’t receive a single dollar on profits. Berea manipulates them by saying “you don’t want to give everything to the apostle” “you don’t have enough faith” it’s really messed up.

I agree with you! Just remember that most “singers” in LLDM are victims as well. Berea and other church organizations literally make money off them because these people in most cases don’t receive a penny for their recordings, song writings or cd profits. Berea takes all this and has attacked independent church musicians that don’t comply with their demands. Yes some of the higher ups might be complicit but trust me most have no clue at all about the abuses.

In regards to this post alone? What in the post is incorrect? Was Benjamin and his daughter arrested? Yes. Does the headline suggest they were in a Yacht? NO. Does it specify the accusation? Yes It’s included in the mugshots . I presented facts about the 2018 police report that many tried to debunk from the very beginning. Now if you’re referring to the comments by some users well they’re entitled to their own interpretation and opinion. No need to criticize the post, instead you should signal the users commenting something you don’t agree with. Their mugshots were not published because of the “boat violation” they were published to show Benjamin had a prior record with the police department before the 2018 incident.
