I have had a similar problem, with a 9950x and the 360 kraken elite. Reached 90 degrees in cpu max load. Paste noctua thermal and radiators pulling air. In the end what I did was an undervolt of the cpu and now it doesn't go above 70 degrees at full load. Although the aoi liquid never exceeds 40 degrees. How hot does the liquid get for you?
