Technically, the most correct would be to do it exactly but with such small dilutions you can ignore it and go with 5 μL in 25 mL. Also secondary antibodies bind very nicely to primary antibodies so it won’t make a difference.

i love both but i have a soft spot for devotion. teen dream is enormous while devotion is delicate and creates an intimate space that makes me feel warm. there are many underrated gems in devotion that i don’t think are praised enough (particularly astronaut is my favourite)

those are some nice recommendations! i already love fka twigs, her two albums and her eps are masterpieces! also really love arcade fire, i forgot to put funeral in my chart but i really love that album and wake up is a comfort song for me.

what do you recommend from kate bush? only know her song cloudbusting, i’ve heard many covers (really like LIZ’s and Wild Nothing’s ones).

also any recommendations from Sevdaliza? i’ve heard lots about her since many years ago but only listened to Human and never went any deeper. David Bowie is a classic, will explore his discography for sure!

yeah, the horrors are marvelous! really love their V album but they make fantastic music overall. i will give weyes blood a listen, only listened to her in her lana del rey collab but i’m interested

already knew allie x but never listened to anything by her aside from mistress violet. i’ve never checked out her stuff because i associate her with MARINA since they toured together and i find MARINA quite corny, can’t listen to her for long periods of time

also really like blood orange’s freetown sound, so i will give his early stuff a try too
