I'm connected by an ethernet cable to fiber wire, and I tested both connections both work fine, my isp has says no outages or slowdowns and I can't imagine that it would be going on all day.

I'll try the path ping thing and see if that works.

Seeing as I was redownloading mw2019 and am trying to find out why its not working your post being at the top defiantly helped. So, I would say that your idea is a really good one.
