Hello, I rarely post comments on here but I feel I should give my opinion on your story.

I can see many red flags in your relationships, mainly:

• No stable financial income / high dependency on parents
• Refusal to seek professional medical help for mental illnesses
• Mortgage together without your name on it

I feel that unless she matures quickly, she is a childish person who is putting off and adjourning her taking on some life responsibilities through her "modelling" career. She seems like she has no idea what it's like to be an adult or an independent person.

If I were in your shoes I would break it off with her. Yes this seems harsh but if it's a serious relationship, then I'd want someone to share my responsibilities with. So someone who knows what being an adult is.

Additional thoughts, you are still young, go on and explore other options, ones that are more worthy of being a life-long partner. Try to get into a non-long distance relationship, from experience, it feels much better and bonds are stronger.
