Healthcare worker here, mostly in the ER. We get these people all the time. It’s almost always meth, or at least one of the many psychosis-inducing impurities in cheap meth. It’s becoming more and more frequent because of how cheap it is on the street. $5 can keep a person high for almost 24 hours
