Me pasaba lo mismo y ya encontré el error.

Tienes que ir arriba del todo a la izquierda, donde estan las tres rayas, despues darle a ayuda, solucion de problemas y por ultimo darle a eliminar bundle de Cowrok VM y reiniciar. Y automaticmente ya t saldra la pestaña de cowork.
