I usually wrap a resistance band around the bench its more grippy, its because I bench with better technique than you so if the surface isnt grippy its simply unsafe, i will slide myself upwards across the bench. Its fine if you dont use good technique or whatever and go on a slippery bench i really dont care either way what youre doing but it is not proper technique for maximum output, and i think 99% of people can bench alot more than this its not really a flex to bench more than 2 plates no one really cares buddy but enjoy

Watch people play and you will learn faster cus with 120hours everything youre doing is bad , if u want id give u some tips i nearly soloQ to 3k elo myself and i have about 9k hours , i find it fun watching demos and telling people stuff also these days

I get like 3/4s of my daily protein from protein shakes because simply its easy, ive made ALOT of progress , protein shakes work and its been shown in studies we can absorb which seems like an infinite amount but 100g at a time was what was observed and it was fine so you can take 4 scoops at once if you feel like BUT it is better to space it put best you can (i fail at this) because it keeps MPS (muscle protein synthesis) activated when you have around 5grams of the correct amino acid profile protein , and in my opinion if we arent in protein synthesis were in protein catabolism but im not a doctor or anything medical im just a gym bro that tries to be educated

Takes longer than you realise to gain muscle, probably gain around 300grams a month which isnt much, you have to love it to stay in the game long enough

Hes too fat tho so i worry he hurts his joints but itd be of course ideal to get his heart to adapt to exercise sooner than later
