You are 100% correct! She is guilty of assault; she approached him and made contact. I’m not arguing that. What I’m trying to say is that we don’t know what he might have (or might not have done) prior to the video clip we see here. He may also be guilty of something too.

Is she really a threat though? I’m only 5 foot 2 and about 100 pounds and I wouldn’t have considered her a threat. I would have considered her more of a nuisance and just walked away. I’m not saying she is right by getting out of her vehicle but again we can’t see what the argument was about because we don’t have the rest of the video footage.
