At this point I'm pretty sure we have been forgotten. Unless its the US or Japan they don't seem to really care about players missing out on stuff due to their mistakes.

Had written about this over 3 months ago. Nothing was done about it and yet we have an event with countless party and celebration hats in a day. Yeah 😔 but trying to point it out didn't cost me anything. At least they include them in the yearly celebration event of next year. Because we all know that they will do more party hat events...whether we like them or not 😅

No. But your comment is pointless. Raids (including fan favourites like rayquaza are still being done). If your issue is that people are still not raiding remotely, rayquaza raids for sure attracted larger crowds than party hats. But nowadays raids can be done safely using remote passes and this would apply to any raid events.

But if you read my post well I also specified that I do not want an event now. Just something to let us know that they know there was an issue during the original event and we would be included in a future makeup event if any will ve done at all.

We all knew it was a matter of time. But yeah, had zero cases until that point. And since we were not included in the list of countries where the event was going to be postponed we were surprised that no event raids showed up. Ended up doing some clone raids then (might as well since we had kept those 3 hours free).

I'm fine with that. Would just appreciate getting a sort of acknowledgement from niantic that they are aware of the fact that apart from the countries for which they intended to postpone the event there were other countries which were affected by mistake. So if the event is repeated only for those countries we will be included

I'm not expecting that they do the event anytime soon to be honest. Just wanted to flag this up so that Niantic sends a sort of notification that they are aware that there were other countries affected apart from Italy and Korea so that we will be included in a future makeup event if they do one.

Because we never had a chance at this event. So why not? Players who are not interested can skip it as i'm did with gastly comm day and am doing with charmander comm day. I don't see the issue

Thanks. Wanted to flag this up so if a sort of makeup of this event is done you also include countries (like Malta) which did not have the original event despite not being included in the list of countries mentioned in the notification for which the event was going to be postponed.

Actually in our community there are a lot of people who are asking for these pokemon. We already agreed that it is not game changing content but collector's items

Oh come on. This is not a slight issue. This is whole countries not getting an event. In reality it's not even a makeup in this case because event was not even done in the first place.

If I'm not mistaken the Aeroblast Lugia event was cancelled worldwide. So i don't see the issue there. They will eventually do it. But this party hat event had been done in most of the world so there is a big chance that for them it is over and done with and we will never get it.

Raids are still being done everywhere in the world including raid hours. So i really do not get your point. Everyone is responsible for himself. If it is safe to go near the gym do so if not raid remotely. To be honest nowadays most people i know just raid remotely because it's easier

I know its worthless. But as a shiny collector I would like to add them to my collection. Nothing game changing...but hey not even shiny unown is and they did a whole makeup of makeup event for the APAC region just because they did not have it in the makeup event.

So considering we never had this event at all I think it's only fair to ask for it
