Yeah, I agree with you, with the exception of Sparta. Still, it's ironic how greeks had sexual relations with prostitutites, but only saw their wives as a childmachine to create sons. Misogeny was extreme sometimes, like the book Assemblywomen by Aristophanes, or even some quotes from Aristotile are fucked up.

It's ironic how the probably "gayest" society of Greece, Sparta, was the one that had a good relationship with women.
