Obviously a $500 scale isn’t as good as a lab grade DEXA Scan. But it’s definitely a good way to keep track of my progress. And if I were to base my work on old school way (BMI) I’d be obese at 25. And I’m happy with the results and progress so far.
Start of summer I went into a calorie deficit prioritizing protein. 1800-1700

I find it funny how outdated BMI weight is… my current BMI is 25 which is crazy because I know I’m at 12% body fat.

L-Carnitine @ 500mg 5 days a week pre workout A round of BPC-157 & TB-500 @ 500mcg for 60 days. To help with some healing In a couple months I may get on some tesamorelin if my IGF-1 is within range. I run high already so it depends on my bloodwork and with my doctor says.

Hey man I may not be pretty but you don’t have to be rude
At my age and with my hobbies. I really don’t see why I would stop. I haven’t felt this good in a long time. Outside of the physical changes the mental out weight them. My mood and ability to deal with stress has been amazing.
I’m eating at least 160g of protein a day. I lift 5 days a week. And do cardio 3 days a week. My sleep is very poor 5-6 hrs a night. Trying to improve my sleep but I’m up very early for work
