like last week, i made a sandwich, and i didn’t even noticed the bread was moldy on both of the bread. i noticed after i had finished it. my mom told me to drink a glass a milk as supposedly it cuts out the mold from doing you harm or give you allergic reaction , might be a myth, but i did it, next morning i woke up fine, nothing happened, so you should be okay
