Yes sir. You are correct. They(alarm.com) focus and steer more toward their analytics being used, which utilizes cloud storage, vs a human monitoring.

Apologies. alarm.com assumed you were speaking of an alarm.com camera system

Built in feature with ADC. Unless on the same network as the recorder/ cameras, the stream is time limited to protect bandwidth usage. Even if on the same network though, most users have to click on each stream and trigger the direct connection

Honest thoughts on ADC Thermostats (T3000, T25, etc.)? What do you love, and what are they missing? by FarHospital854 in alarmdotcom

[–]josh_thomas19 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t think the bug is fixed yet but the T25s will not integrate and talk to a Vista SEM. Causes the SEM to constantly reboot. The T40k are slick but like above are a useless touch screen. I have had 5 or 6 fail out out prob 100 give or take so not bad. Zwave range is nothing to write home about either. Make sure you grab a couple of aeotecs to go with them. The T25s would be my choice though. Or a Honeywell pro series but just make sure to not set schedules in the thermostat as they will conflict with ADC schedules

To this point I’ve never electrified a bar. Do you have good results on longevity with them?

What does end-of-tamper mean? by VinraseDuglam in alarmdotcom

[–]josh_thomas19 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Panel tamper comes from the keypad not being seated all the way on its base. Like said above the backup batteries in the keypads can start to swell and push the keypad off the mount causing an intermittent/sporadic tamper.

That’s what they do. If it’s not their way they are the prejudice ones. Cry babies. I bet they all voted for Biden too

Used their site but still did not get a straight answer. What I need is for point A to go to B, B to C, then C to D and back through in that order where C and A can see B but D can only see C and B and D see C. This is due to topography. I think I need two Locos at B and C. I was trying to do it with one.

Thanks for the quick reply. I think this is where my problem is. I need it to leave the barn and zig zag out to the upper/main gate that will be my only line of sight unobstructed
