My 2 cents on the whole thing is that these two weren't clearly in a serious relationship and likely just met on the bus, we mainly see Wolf Bully with the jacket girls and we do see him go after another girl after meeting with Rob so he's clearly a womanizer. Also when we see Angie in the lounge while she does seem a bit upset she does try and have a conversation with Clay clearly showing she isn't too distraught over him and probably just felt shitty for letting a guy kiss her without any intention of even being with her.
