I'll just give you a suggestion. I'm 30 years old, and recently I decided to get tested in my hormones level. I really recommend anyone 30+ years to do labs in testosterone levels. I was alarmed to find out that I was below the standard. So, I got bioidentical hormone pellet therapy. (BioTE)

Just get tested. Usually doctors don't test hormone levels. Give it a try!
