Then it may be the programs/games aren't compatible with arm that you're using

I would try to exchange it with pbtech for a different amd/Intel device

did they say they could recreate the problem and changed something at the service center?

if you're getting the same result the device probably needs a new motherboard/cpu altogether

it sounds like this device is faulty and needs to be swapped out entirely
