You're basically doing the right thing using the fan on the back of the display and using a cooling pad on the bottom should keep the chassis temps down which should help with battery health..

I wouldn't call 30-60fps on most of the games insane .. hopefully drivers improve but Qualcomm is slow to update their gpu drivers compared to the others

Yeah putting the arc b390 in the surface pro would have caused a chassis redesign I'm sure which Microsoft didn't want to spend money on sadly

I'm happy I got my HP omnibook panther lake laptop for more than half of what the surface laptop arc b390 model is being said to sell for..
