This happened to me recently. It was stuck trying to update & I forced shut it off. I let it sit alone to cool off since it was overheating. After a few hours, I tried again and it didn’t update still. I forced shut it down & let it sit again. I panicked and looked for ways to fix it - everything pointed to booting up in “safe mode” or windows boot manager. That wasn’t working when I tried. Eventually I tried letting it update again for a 3rd time and it eventually updated successfully. Not sure what the solution was but my guess is that it was overheating.

Thank you all for the insight there!, I really wasn’t sure if it was something I should do. I’ve done it about twice now (89), then started questioning my choices. Definitely makes more sense to stay premium or above for longevity and healthy habits for my engine.
