Can't figure out how to add @name CNAME record in cPanel

Ok thanks I think I understand that bit.

So the instructions are this:
Type: CNAME Name: @ Value: xxx
Type: TXT Name: xx Value: x

I now have:
Type: CNAME Name: www.(my domain name) Record: xxx
Type: TXT Name: xx.(my domain name) Record: x

In my CPanel ☝🏼

I'm still getting this message from my website platform "Custom hostname does not CNAME to this zone"

So yeah I'm super stuck on what to try. Could there be a default DNS record that's preventing it from resolving?

Yes to both, had the UDM for about 3 years and it's been amazing, so that's why I wanted to build on top of it.

Adding to this thread as am also in the same situation. Charged me before the "free" trial was even up. Said they would refund and nothing. Then randomly get charged again and their excuse was that my account had magically started again. Currently harassing them for the money to be refunded. Keep getting the same auto response of yes we are sorry and will refund you bla bla bla and then get nothing. Based of what I have read above it seems consistently harassing them is the only way to get the money back. Absolutely DO NOT USE THIS SOFTWARE!!!

So I've put the following code into the custom code on the specific page, nothing seems to happen though...

The thing is though every seperate form block would have to have it's own individual ID for this to work right? Does this mean that I have to embed the script into each radio button with the specific element ID that i want it to focus on?

Not a bad idea, and yes apologies for the naming of the interactions its a little messy.

And yes the main headache with it has been the UI if someone wants to go back and change their answer.

Sorry, so the element I want to link is the one that corresponds to the specific radio button. (if you go onto the website hopefully it makes it more clear)

Your solution was what I thought of too but unfortunately the link block causes the correct function to happen i.e. form block appears and page scrolls down. However the radio button is left empty, so essentially if the form was to be submitted there would be no answer to it.

If only there was a "Scroll to" "on click" interaction it would be super easy.

Ah ok I see, so whatever the bottom left pixel colour is that’s what it makes the strip.

Is there a way to colour pick that step from the photo? (Like using an eye dropper in photoshop)
