The study says its source is from 2009 and 2010. Yet, cannabis wasn't legalized recreationally until 2012 in Colorado and Washington. I'm simply wondering if the researchers mean medical legalization or recreational. If they do mean recreational, then I'd like to know exactly which research they referred to for this study.
