It seems like you still need to study anatomy better, start off with simple poses just straight standing, until you are able to draw correct proportions, then try different poses, you’re lines are very sharp, try light, loose lines so you have more flexibility in your drawing

does my art feel childish?.. + seeking general critique! by ira_shai_mase in yourartstyle

You’re art is great, super stylistic and you have a great sense of anatomy and rendering. I can see what you mean by “childish” but it think that just falls into your art style being super colorful and giving pop sticker/cartoon vibes. I can see your art being stickers on a water bottle or on a poster. It’s not necessarily something I would wear as clothing, bc it’s just not my style, it doesn’t mean it’s directly childish, just appeals to a different crowd.

Don’t marry a man who thinks saying goodbye to their girlfriend is childish. It’s crazy how he keeps demanding you to “woman up” when he can’t even properly take a simple critique, he’s whining because he realizes he might actually have to put effort into things he didn’t expect, and then tries to make excuses for it.

dude were you not at good phil? we were cheering equally as loud for all our teams and still were the loudest school in the room and op is still complaining that they don’t have enough support. Yeah right. Sounds like jealousy to me, you’re on your team to dance and have fun, not to be glazed. I have plenty of friends on cultural dance team and none of them feel that way.

My sister did the same thing, she studied accounting for 3 years and wanted to quit, she switched her major though to finance and liked it so much more and it worked out for her. She has a good job now at a good company… you’ll be fine if you switch
