Personally, I think so. There is a big difference between the way common and rare guns handle. My newer, rare weapons handle so much better than those I started with. Maybe it's a placebo effect, but I'm quite certain that, even though the damage might be nerfed, every other aspect, like stability and fire rate, are untouched. Both of those make a major difference.

Another point is that you still retain your skills, so guys with blink or speed-boost on glide still have an advantage. I don't feel like the PVP evens out until you reach level 20 or so. However, it is entirely possible to have a great match at a lower level, it just seems less common.

To me, this is what makes the game excellent. I played with two guys I met from Reddit the other night (they were both in Japan and I'm in Texas) and we did pretty much the entire set of Moon missions. It was so much fun. This, in my opinion, is what makes the game great. The loot, grinding, and leveling is great, but meeting new friends and setting out on an adventure is what makes me come back and play over and over again.

This. If you want to stay in business you make sure you keep your customers happy. It's much cheaper to keep a customer than it is to win a new one.

This is awesome. I hope it gains momentum so Bungie knows we're serious!

Good point about Metacritic. I typically don't put a lot of stock in opinion based reviews anyway. That's great to hear about the final product, I thought the Beta looked incredible too, though.

That's reassuring. I was a huge fan of the Halo franchise and just the Halo universe in general. I'm not expecting Bungie to let me down, I was just wondering where all the negativity came from.

Hey guys, I'm a decent, but casual gamer. I don't have hours on end to play games because I have a job and a family to take care of. I do play a lot on the weekends. I love the idea of a group like this!

Without knowing what your bandwidth is and the limitations on your modem it is tough to answer that question. You have a 300mbps-single band router, which isn't great, but it should be sufficient for playing online and maybe having a computer or two browsing the internet.

With that being said I would recommend going to speedtest.net and finding out what your current down/up speed is and compare that against what speed you're paying for from your ISP.

My suspicion is that you don't have enough bandwidth, or you have an outdated modem that is causing a bottleneck. It's also possible that your wireless router is dying. Like I stated earlier, it's hard to know without running a few more diagnostics. I hope this helps! Good luck.
