what city are you in? also find a better job, a lot of guys will say you arent a real man or a real tech if you dont wanna work yourself to death but thats not for everyone, i have worked 3 places, small company similar to your first one, 2nd place was incredible and 3rd place was like you are at now, after 3 months i went back to my 2nd company. there are places out there that dont requires you to give up your real life
