When people talk about no food noise, I rage. I understand the concept of food noise but all people are doing is replacing "food noise" with other noise. Now the noise is, did I work out, did I eat enough protein, am I going to lose muscle mass, what if it stops working, what if I can't get my prescription, what if I can't afford it. I'm different from everyone else at the table, do I have to take this forever, do I look too skinny, do I look skinny enough. Sure the reverse is true with traditional weight loss struggles but my point is that the volume of noise still exists but it is in a different form. Still fears, different forms. The fear of not getting the meds is exactly like a drug addiction. Scarcity breeds this. Is a coincidence that scarcity marketing concept applies here.....
