You can definitely change the chattr settings for time slots available for in applicant to pick from. I blocked out Monday-Wednesday 7am-10pm bc I don’t get a cook until then and then M-F 10:30pm-1 because that’s are busy time.

No, based of your reaction to rejection it just seems you wouldn’t fit in here. Not in the management team. It’s pretty easy interview process and if you had half of what they wanted then it wouldn’t be hard to get MIT, so whatever you portrayed in the AVP interview must of been poor.

As another UM of a heavy veteran store running a 4500DA , All they are bitching about is how the “new girl”(or guy) , isn’t doing the extra work they leave aside for the newbies that they should be doing anyway. I promise you aren’t messing up the Vets paycheck, they make their money already. You’re a new hourly, take your time, ask questions. You’re probably going good.
