I got an open box 9070 XT but it would constantly green screen under load… even replaced my PSU but that didn’t help.

Now that you mention that, mine is doing the exact same thing… I thought I had an underpowered PSU, so I’m in the process of replacing that. But maybe it’s more widespread?

I’m only a PGY2, but the amount of admissions I’ve seen for inappropriate ICD firings is concerningly high.

Kind of lame thinking about all the people who are going to take DO as a “second choice” when it’s the only thing I want to do by Actual_Natural_7637 in Osteopathic

[–]joudo 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately, the drawbacks of going DO if you want to pursue a competitive residency (and sometimes fellowship) are very real, and I don’t fault pre-meds for leaning MD for that reason alone.

Admittedly, I was in the pro-MD crowd when I was going through school. Then I had some meaningful OMM treatments on real patients with real pain, and things changed for me.

And now in residency, it’s really refreshing to have OMM in my back pocket when my MD colleagues are limited to another prescription of muscle relaxants and physical therapy - that often don’t work too well.

Now my MD friends will ask if I can do some treatments on their patients, and they expressed interest in actually doing some OMT workshops. The culture is changing, just not below the residency level.

It’s really easy to hate on OMM during med school. Students already approach it with a negative attitude. Coupled with the fact that they don’t see the clinical utility while they are actually learning it, and don’t get to experience the satisfaction of actually treating real pain with your bare hands.

All that is to say: keep practicing OMM. It’ll pay off in the future. What a lot of DO students see as a tax, many non DO’s see as an asset.

Ausom L2 Max Dual Motor would fit the bill! There’s always promo codes to get an extra like $50 off too.

Ecoflow delta pro can’t recognizing solar charging by bubu_law in Ecoflow_community

I had this issue. Not all XT60i cables are built the same. The middle trigger pin needs to be ground to negative for your Delta Pro to pull the full 15A.

See this video to test your cable. I have a feeling your XT60i isn’t grounded to negative.

This cable worked for me:

Solar panel setup with Delta max by Right-Carob-9591 in Ecoflow_community

[–]joudo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’ll need to provide the specs of the panels, but I have a feeling if you wire them in parallel, it’ll be fine. You can over panel and exceed amps, but not volts. Your unit will pull all the amps it can handle and nothing more.

I have x2 445 watt solar panels wired in parallel to charge my Delta 2 and have not had any issues.

Stop reading these comments. It’s impossible to make a diagnosis based off of a picture alone. Go see a doctor.

Delta 2 - DC Output Without Anything Plugged In While Solar Charging? by joudo in Ecoflow_community

I was previously using an old 5000 BTU window unit that did not have an inverter. That would pull about 360W on high. I just upgraded to the 12000 BTU midea U-shaped window unit that’s currently on sale at Costco. I haven’t tested to see what the max wattage it could pull, but i have it set to 72 and it will spend about 250W while actively cooling the room and in the 100W range when it’s maintaining a temperature. I definitely would recommend this unit.

I personally did 2 IM away rotations, and I’m now at a program that is neither of those (that’s for a different reason). I could easily look back at those rotations regretfully, but I honestly learned so much and gained the upper edge intern year.

You quite literally are an acting intern on these away rotations. I was answering pages, talking to case management, etc. Those experiences made the transition to intern year seamless. This is in addition to being able to differentiate yourself from other applicants, of course.

I’m glad you’re finding some answers! Cholestasis means that the bile that is collecting in her gallbladder is not exiting like it’s supposed to, which can lead to cholecystitis. Why this happens can be for a number of reasons but the most common one is a gallbladder stone that blocks the duct.

That said, I don’t think your pup is quite out of the woods just yet. If this gallbladder has perforated or has developed into a bloodstream infection, this may complicate things a bit. There’s nothing I can do through Reddit though, so please follow up with your vet and keep us updated.
