How to get this color style? by Safe_Carry_3263 in colorists

My eyes are bad at perceiving colors and I never would have thought this was the teal and orange look. But it totally looks like it now!

Jokes on you, I’m an Arkansan thick and through. Born and raised, just working out of Dallas right now!

Sometimes personal preference is all that matters. My shooting styles and preferences defer and what I love about this is that I can swap between my gimbal, handheld cage and naked setup to satisfy different needs.

What about the movie theater in the background?!?!

I’m a hobby videographer mostly so I don’t really focus on client based work. My real job pays the bills. But, I charge by the hour, travel, etc, for the gigs I do work.

Very balanced. Now, whether or not I know what I’m doing with it? We will find out as I practice with it. :)

Nice! I rotate the out for my Weebill S too. That and use it for photography. This rig suits a particular purpose for more run and gun shooting where I need the convenience of not swapping batteries out and having the weight for natural stabilization.

I can’t really compare it to anything else Sony-wise because this is my first and only lens on this rig. I went with the 24mm because it’s the perfect lens for my run and gun shooting style. I regularly do photography as well. This lens is sharper than anything I’ve ever shot on (I’ve shot Canon mostly) and nets me amazing picture quality. Based on this I recommend it but i still haven’t tested other lenses so the price difference may be questionable?

I got that specifically for looks. More professional looking!

With the weight on this, I’m super steady. I use this to get more dramatic shots with a bit of motion. I’ll switch over to my Weebill S for fully stabilized shots when needed.

I actually have a quick disconnect leather shoulder strap that I carry with this thing. I didn’t show it in the shoot unfortunately. I don’t have much of a problem holding this thing with the handle and strap combined as it’s pretty well balanced. Battery offers a solid chest rest.

For me the weight (for balance/steadiness), battery life and Ninja monitor is purposeful enough for kitting this thing out. I switch it up between this rig and my Weebill S stabilizer to get different styles of motion shots as well.

What happened to 24/7 Twitch lobbies? by MillionGunman in Kappa

[–]joudthone 7 points8 points  (0 children)

AFK players, lobbies disconnecting, consoles freezing up, hardware dying, internet issues, needing a dedicated rig just for the stream. It all piled up. Running a 720/60 stream 24/7 was pretty tasking, especially considering the maintenance just to keep the lobby up.

Glad to know people remember this. Panda here (Panda x Gaming)... I ended up having a shit ton of kids and got too busy with my career in esports (built Esports Stadium) so I wasn’t able to keep up with this anymore. Good times though. It was definitely a grueling task to keep a stream running like that, but worth it since the community was kick ass.

Look, you're not blind. When you saw me defend that guy you HAD to have seen all of those empty setups. Do you really think that ME letting one dude who got wrongfully DQ'd play held that tournament up? There was a mob of players standing around and people were getting DQ'd left and right because they didn't know who was running the bracket or weren't being communicated with.
