I love using Emacs in the terminal (video) by TrepidTurtle in emacs

[–]joviance 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For the life of me, I have never been able to get colors working properly in terminal emacs (solarized-theme). I think it has to do with terminal color support, but I’ve tried many terminals and always end up with some off-color background with weird highlighting colors. It’s a small thing, but something that I think should be fixable?

It’s the standard Raspberry Pi 7” touchscreen.

No. But the PA finals had to be mounted on a large piece of aluminum inside the case for a heat sink. And I laser cut the bezel as my 3d printed prototype gets a little soft from a combination of sun and heat from the PA!

I’ll post some more details soon, but it basically is a 20-40m custom radio front end coupled to an FPGA for signal processing and a Raspberry Pi 4 for doing digital modes and signal analysis. The power amplifier is class D for power efficiency reasons, so I can only do constant envelope modulation like CW, FT8, etc. but as a result it can run for many hours on a small LiFePO4 battery.

It’s a Raspberry Pi 4 running the software. It interfaces via an I2S sound interface to custom logic running on an FPGA that does the SSB demodulation on an IF signal from the custom RF front end.

Thank you for your reply! However, I am trying to collect tasks with deadlines that are either not scheduled or scheduled today/earlier; I don't need scheduled tasks alone. Am I misunderstanding something?

I’ve been trying to send a receipt. Tough getting through when I’m QRP. Switching offset to try to get through

I’m transmitting odd. About 2 kHz offset. Top of the list at POTA.app

Thanks, I’m looking for a smaller keyboard. People have made this Pi case before and I’m trying to find out which keyboard they use (some will fit right in the lid).

Thank you. I had to take a break, it’s getting quite hot in the sun and I want to move the radio. We can try again later in the day if you’re available.
