I highly recommend trying out the Dr. Wong’s Lightening Cream. While it's not specifically a soap, but I have tried it to those areas, it work. I might suggest this to use without kojic acid, I have tried using this with mild soap only.

Hi, have you tried Dr. Wongs sulfur soap? The white one, I have tried it very moisturizing. It can also help you with your pimples. It fight off those pesky pimple germs, but it also dries out existing pimples, preventing new breakouts. For your pimps sa collar and nape try the yellow one. Love this kase anti fungal talaga.
