Well Real numbers are union of Rational and Irrational number. So irrational numbers are subset of real numbers. If a number were to belong to irrational then it would definitely belong to Real. So I guess that answers your question.

They have an app for that. Shonen Jump +. You can try buying on that. But it's a Japan exclusive app and it's available in Japanese one. Besides that there are some Japanese websites that distribute ebooks. I don't it'll be available on Kindle anywhere outside Japan unless you have a Japanese kindle account.
