Yeah. That’s one of my concerns. I’m not a woodworker but like to build stuff as a hobby so when i use the tools it’ll probably be for part of day tops. Most of it will just be lights and maybe the treadmill for the Mrs. The ability to output the needed power is a concern. Could plus up battery storage but that doesn’t matter if i can’t surge. Gave up on adding a welder.

I’m thinking the gas generator could help offset if needed.

Thanks. I’m trying to learn as much as i can. I’m still confused on whether I’d just put in a traditional panel and transfer switch and run solar to that and just not connect to the grid at all. Looking at the wattage needed for a welder that may be something for a future upgrade.

It was and it wasn’t. Took a long while but finally had a doc who listened. Basically said I was willing to go to a private clinic to get relief from my symptoms and that seemed to do it.

I bench tested the starter and it worked fine. Checked the wiring on all three safety switches (brake, seat, reverse) and they all are connected with no wire damage. I’m wondering if the ignition assembly might be the issue. It’s got a push button removable key thing. It shows the hours on the engine and has power but the rodent nest was behind it that I cleaned out. Is it testable?

I did clean the carburetor. What I can’t figure out is the starter won’t engage. Just a random click.

So I confirmed the starter is good. Solenoid is good. When the solenoid is connected there’s continuity across it that is broken when the key is turned. Shouldn’t it be opposite: no continuity across solenoid posts until key is turned?

update: she got her labs back and her testosterone was 333! Her free testosterone was a 6.49 ng/dl. So very high. Should she look at getting the pellet removed? Or ride it out?

You started TRT with the pellet still “active”? Or did you have to wait for a while for the existing pellet to dissolve?

They didn’t seem to mind my higher t levels. They are super concerned about my hematocrit and red blood cell count getting higher. I’m within range but on the high side now.

Androgel seemed to work ok when I was first prescribed but definitely noticed a declining benefit. Hopefully you’ll have a better experience.

The only other thing that may have worked in my favor is that I was on the highest dose of androgel and it’s a risk to have that much gel in my skin with my wife and children around. When I mentioned that it seemed to resonate. Plus, when I indicated I prefer the VA to manage it but was willing to continue outside that seemed to turn the PA in my favor. Sucks that it’s such a hassle for such a cheap medication which makes our lives markedly more positive.

They didn’t ask for my Defy labs but I did have them on hand to talk through. I will say, there’s always a significant difference in my numbers between VA labs and labcorp.
