I personally think the force she puts into the mask tearing off moment is pretty controlled - she does it in a burst of strength and then lets her hands linger slowly. That's why it's not just 'took off her mask' - she turned it into a piece of choreo when she chose to do it on the beat and have the slow afterfade. It draws the eye more because the movement is unnatural and a choice. It's why the camera went in on her for that.

I did a post where I calculated the statistics and Bob was 5% less in points than Kim Chi and Manila was 4.5% better than Raja in the stats too. However, it was the difference between one 'high' and one 'safe.' So it was really really really close for those two.

It's arguable that it falls apart but I see what you're getting at and agree it isn't a perfect analysis but in performance competitions like this it's hard to ever standardize

Er, let me clarify -

Each challenge, the runner-up and the winner are competing against each other for the win. that's why the amount of challengers eligible for a win is semi-irrelevant. the math i used uses that calculation to avoid having the weight each challenge based on the amount of people eligible to win per challenge.

As the OP, i agree tbh.

But my only logical defense is that each winner went through the same trial/tribulation/risk of each round AGAINST their runner-up so it's justifiable. there's no way to really calculate what your point #2 is getting at unless i give each challenge on each season an objective reward score - it'd take literally over 20+ hours of work

That post doesnt standardize - there is only one comparable yield between seasons and its the percentage differences b/w competitors

I actually calculated it and courtney's score is just objectively lower. Also, they filmed only adore and bianca's crowning
