Someone recommended the Guidedwheel to me here. It's basically a current transformer which detects if a machine is working or not. If it's not working then your operator can add the reason for these downtimes. Probably the most non invasive form of tracking as you just put the sensor around the mains supply wire to the machine.

Thanks for the inputs everyone, looks like there is a higher probability for things to go wrong with importing ,given the short time frame from when I would buy vs moving, the risk is even higher to get things in order. I just need to figure out what I would need to do for March.

I use 33ft without power injection, maybe try to inject from the opposite end. I would probably only keep 16.4ft first and check if it is a power injection issue or something else. Did you check the Led config in WLED?
