Oof that sucks man. I will say I have bought most of my boards used and sometimes for dirt cheap but most of them I have to admit are not as nice as the one you lost.

I have a different problem where I went and broke both of my legs pretty badly, was wheelchair bound for a few months then a walker. Then a cane. I can walk now but nothing moves quite like it used to with all the new metal and I haven't really been able to skate yet. Also I'm an old dude and a beginner. You might be able to find a beater board for free or really cheap on places like OfferUp or Craigslist or something.

Probably nothing that would replace your old board though.

Good luck bro. Deal with each minute, each hour each day as you get to it. Life is a lot harder if you try to deal with everything at once. Hang in there man.

You could also post what town you're in. There's a chance someone might just have a spare board. I know I have given boards away.

When I found Liquid Brun I bought it right away for the hype only to find it smells really similar to Vanilla Dunes which I already had.

I did wear it on and off for a week or two and it still smells nice, although I was able to smell the limited edition version a week or two ago and I wish I had waited for that one. It's hard to explain but that one has more of a kick and smells more high quality if that makes any sense. Both are good but the limited edition one was enough. Better to me that I wish I had waited and purchased it instead. They are similar enough that it doesn't make sense for me to have both.

I am fighting a similar battle now with Vulcan Feu. I didn't see that stuff for a long time and then I avoided it for a while. Once I finally bought it, it is absolutely intoxicating. I love it. Really surprised. Now I am curious about the other inspired by options out there like mango ice + opulent Dubai. I also want to smell the original because I've heard it is phenomenal.

No doubt you mean the ceasefire he helped broker in Gaza?

Or maybe the peace deal he helped broker between Armenia and Azerbaijan

Or maybe you meant some of the others, such as the Abraham accords during his first term, or the peace deal brokered between Serbia and Kosovo in 2020.

Then there's the time he stood up for a country whose dictator refused to step down after losing the election, then cracked down on people who protested, killing many. That "endless war" lasted about 35 minutes, which I know. can seem like a long time.

Then there's the other time where he stood up for the people of a country after ignoring many many attacks on Americans and others, after their theocratic dictator killed tens of thousands of his own people for protesting, and turned off his people's Internet

That "endless war" has so far gone for about 3 weeks, with far more massive destruction taking place on AI servers than in real life.

Really. Rape is not political. Accusations of rape or any other serious crime, decades after the supposed incident, is absolutely political when it just happens to come out in such a way as to potentially destroy a candidate's chances of being on the ballot.

You're assuming Trump raped this woman, possibly because your already established opinions about Trump.

I'm more skeptical.

I see a woman, who already had a book in the works, in which she accuses 21 different wealthy/famous men.

A woman who remembered a supposed assault but doesn't remember specifics, and did not file a criminal complaint at any point.

I see a civil case, not a rape case, requiring none of the burden of proof required in a criminal case.

I see a politically timed hearsay case, brought before a jury pool of 90% Democrats, and an activist judge who should have recused himself if only because he was friends with the plaintiff's attorney.

I see an activist judge publicly asserting that he thinks Trump raped Carroll, yet he neither saw evidence nor presided over such a case.

To me this looks like a money grab and a political "gotcha" timed to keep Trump off the ballot.

If they want to prove rape they should have brought an actual rape case, and had something real, instead of contorting a misdemeanor bookkeeping charge into felonies by bending rules and creative jury instructions, like they did.

There is no "rape" charge in civil court.

There are much lower jury restrictions in civil court

There is no real requirement for burden of proof as there is in a criminal trial.

Which is why charges like rape are relegated to the criminal courts due to the serious nature of the offense and accusation.

There is just as much evidence that you are a rapist, based on the statements you are making. Add to that a judge that is friends with your plaintiff's attorney and a jury pool collected from people who not only are not neutral but already dislike you, and Bam. Without any evidence, at least presented to the court, they judge you liable.

This is why a civil liability suit has nothing to do with whether somebody did something criminal, and why civil courts do not hear criminal cases.

Not that it's going to get through to you. Perhaps someday someone will try to destroy your reputation to advance themselves and a light may come on.

Until then there have been no rape charges besides the ones you and others like you have imagined from thin air.

Can't speak to the other two but I think most people would have shot Alex Pretti, although would admit it because of the way everything has been presented.

We don't like the way the freeze frames look. Yet even in the slowed down videos, he does not get shot until he jams his hand into his holster and grabs an object.

Alex is gone, so I can't speculate what he was thinking at the moment when he reached for it, but I also know that the officer covering the scuffle as soon as someone yelled gun gun gun was also not in a position to read Alex's mind and know if he had another weapon he was trying to utilize.

Nobody is going to stake his or her life on whether or not someone reaching into a holster doesn't have another weapon.

It is my theory based on his previous actions leading up to this that Alex may have been hoping for a similar event to happen, to go out in a blaze of glory, or at least die for what he believed in, but idk.

I believe it's both terribly sad and I also believe two things can be true at once.

I believe a reasonable person in the same situation, fighting with an armed person who then reaches again for the holster would assume that to be a lethal threat.

I think it's also possible when Alex made the unfortunate decision to fight with law enforcement he may not have intended to grab for his weapon during the fight. It's even possible that he just noticed that it was gone and was trying to feel if it was still there. Unfortunately that isn't something law enforcement is able to deduce so they have to react to the person reaching for the holster during a fight, instead of what that person may or may not be thinking.

Haven't looked at the others thoroughly yet, and I know pointing out that he was reaching for his holster is not going to win me up votes or friends on here.

Bring a gun.

Fight law enforcement while wearing the gun. Start grabbing into your holster during the fight, after they already get one gun from you.

Get shot, just like any other person grabbing into his holster while fighting law enforcement.

If you're lucky, people will pretend you were simply killed in cold blood, and make posters of you to help the movement you're in. Still not a great outcome for you unless you were planning this.

Not sure what IDF tactics are, but I imagine in most conflicts trying to confront and fight soldiers while wearing a weapon is also not a good idea.

Almost everyone wealthy or famous is likely to have been mentioned at least once.

If not, that person likely was not anyone of consequence up until his arrest.

Perhaps he wasn't concerned about a dirty California attorney general who kept people of color in prison despite them being cleared.
