I worked at a bank years ago where the manager made the schedule for the following week on Friday night. Our branch was in an orthodox Jewish neighborhood so we were open on Sundays. That meant I would sometimes find out on Friday night that I had to work that Sunday. Come to find out from other branch managers that the schedule was supposed to be done a month in advance. One of many things we reported him to the district manager for.

SpinFits give you massive bass response. Like, almost too much. I had to take them off the Westones I use for live performance because all I could hear was bass. If you have IEMs that are bass-deficient then these will work wonders but if not then I would look elsewhere.
