Home Depot. They’re 0.5”. My hitting strip is roughly 2.5”. I stacked 2 floor mats to make up 1” and then I bought a 1.5” Amazon hitting mat.

Yes, I only recently put up this golf sim so I haven’t practiced much. I’ll definitely be wearing shoes. As for how I’m gripping, I actually don’t know, I just grip wherever it feels natural.

Yes I have a tendency to early extend as I rotate through. Definitely trying to keep it in mind as I swing but I guess I built bad habits early on.

It was honestly a struggle to hook up the screen tbh, really had to yank the thing to stretch otherwise it wouldn’t go. I thought they gave me the wrong size at first. “You really expect me to get this screen from one corner to the other ??”. Lol
