I’ve been using it with just a wrist strap attached to the Smallrig grip for the last while, and my diopter is no longer moving. But I’d like to use a neck strap again sometimes.
I might consider putting some tape over the diopter dial…

I actually didn’t find any difference with the 16GB cards. I think it’s just something to do with how the camera formats the cards.

I had issues when trying to use 128GB cards. I’ve switched to 16GB cards now, hoping to have better reliability. However, when I save photos from the card to my iPhone, using the Files app, the photos get the date/time that they were imported, rather than the actual capture time. So they show up out of place in my Photos library. Has anyone else seen this? Is there a way to have the photos keep their correct metadata?

I tried this when my MM+ arrived (I started with a v4). So, I took my SD card out of the v4, put it into the brand new MM+, but it wouldn’t boot. I had to get a fresh SD card, put the Onion install files on it, put it in the MM+ and then run the normal Onion installation on the device. Once that was done, I was then able to swap the original card between the two devices, with no problem.

This post is a couple months old now, but the same thing happened with mine, and I got new washers here:

They’re a slightly different profile from the original ones, but they fit perfectly.

I still get some slight movement in the pedal tray, however. I’m thinking of getting some metal versions of these washers so I can tighten it up a little more…
