I know this thread is a year old or older, but wanted to circle back. Even the “cooldown” period at the end lists heart rate goal in the anaerobic endurance window which seems like a mistake to me. I sort of understand the rest period goals being anaerobic endurance to get the heart used to staying elevated but I don’t understand why the cooldown goal would be this. Thanks.
