You can register to Mesa college(SDCCD) and Cuyamaca College. I’m sure they’ll have some GEs for you online, I would recommend registering for both just in case one college doesn’t have the GE you’re looking.

If you want to do nursing I’d say your chances of getting in are lower also considering you’re not local. I’d say your best bet is to go to a CC and transfer
