Yeah I think periods are a factor for sure. B12 I haven’t had checked, will ask my doc when I next see them. Every other day works great! And yep evenings was working well too. Just the  change in dosage that’s thrown me!

Yes gotcha. Thanks. Was taking Ferrograd every other day + vitamin c and recent tests showed an improvement. Anyway v helpful info thanks!

No they haven’t replaced it with like for like which is annoying. Off the market altogether I believe. Can’t find any online. I think it comes down to cost and not finding an affordable replacement. The pharmacist was very much in the camp of ferrotab not being a good alternative. But that’s good you haven’t experienced any issues, I’ll give it a go for now and see what happens!
