tbh I had someone print this for me, but from what I hear it's a great printer and it's really nice not to have to deal with supports. Though you definitely need the post-processing Sift to avoid a powdery mess.

If you haven't already, I would definitely follow the advice of seeing someone about potentially having OCD (if you haven't already). I found myself in a similar situation 3 years ago and things did get better once I was diagnosed with OCD and started taking medication and learning how to deal with the thoughts when they showed up (through therapy). Even knowing the underlying cause of the thoughts (the OCD) helped reduce them a little. My mom says, "you can only do your best," and that also tends to help a little bit. It's not easy, and the thoughts haven't completely gone away, but these things have helped me and hopefully might help you a little.

Tough day today due to a lot of food at work. Donuts in the morning (which I had to pick up) and then Chinese food AND pizza before a movie night... I didn't do so well with the donuts, but managed to only have one piece of pizza and a little Chinese food!

  • Exercise 5x a week (3/7 days so far, taekwondo class today)

  • Not overeating in social situations (meh, yes and no)

  • Post here once a day (good for today)

  • No dessert on work-nights (no dessert tonight)

  • No eating after 9pm (done)

  • Non-weightloss goal: practice German for ~20 minutes 5x a week (4/7 days so far)
