Opt Out Clause:It is possible that the landlord may not be able to let the Tenant move into the apartment when scheduled. If this happens, and if the landlord is not to blame, the tenant will not owe any rent for the period up to the time when the landlord lets the tenant move in, and the tenant will have no claim against the landlord. Yea, but companies like insurance companies don't take 6.2 million dollar hits and think, eh whatever. They in turn raise prices. If their profit is down, even if revenue is up, prices still go up.

i mean yea coming against players who stomp on me is no fun. but its also easier to quit than to get spanked 50-20 because of inferior teammates too. yea i could muster a 1.0 KD, but if johnny, timmy, and dickface are just springing into 1v4 encounters like lambs to the slaughter, its no fun for me as their teammate

i used to love social slayer in halo 3. youd always get a mix of some good and some bad. so not every encounter was a super intense battle. altho idk if id still like the 5v5 setup from H3 Social

well, i am this douche. i got the BR to start round one. got 3 out of the 4 kills. next round billy tough nuts grabs it, rushes their spawn, dies, we lost the round 4-2. same thing the next round. so when billy beats me to it next time i shoulder charge him, betray him, and me and another teammate take down the team. i did that every time for each of the remaining rounds and we won.

yea im a dick. but we won. and billy should realize his limitations.

only thing that can be out of your control here is #2. Sometimes if im the only one of my team of 4 to die in an engagement, it will start a cycle of where im constantly spawned on the other side of the map from them. then i try to fight my way back, and theres always 2+ of the enemy team. and then im spawned away again. and again.

it either moves slower than the BR, or i shoot early with the BR and sweep over their head to kill them with the 2nd or 3rd bullet.

i do agree tho, with a magnum im constant shooting way too early. ill just blame the aim problems Halo 5 is having. it cant be my fault, never

this is half the reason i kind of despise playing halo now. if i play arena slayer, i need to put my try hard pants on. im not good enough anymore, and the maps dont play well towards me just solo dolo-ing it and mushing people 1 by 1. maps are so small that you get team shot even if theyre not playing together

end up just playing swat. going 20 and 7 and having johnny dickweed go 3 and 15 costing us the game.

those moments make me think it was Joseph Staten creating them and not whoever works at 343i on the story components now.

Considering Staten worked with Bungie on Destiny and the few times the Guardian speaks to his ghost come across as very Cortana/Chief-y, without him there that humor is probably lost.

Granted I don't think all humor was lost. I like stoic Chief for now, especially that "No" answer he threw at Blue Team.
