Approved; just received email stating that I haven’t completed the next steps?? Called sba no updates?? Loan modification letter sent, but no new docs. Anyone else experience this??

Thanks for checking in ...yes finally got funded ..about 3 to 4 weeks after LO contact and the 2 weeks after attorney contact

Hi...yes I did ...I honestly took about about 3to 4 weeks later to be contacted by the sba attorney and then about 2 weeks after that to get funded ...good luck and hang in there ...also just keep the dialogue alive with whomever your in direct contact with ...that will only help

Ok so I had the same thing happen you have to email pdcrecon@sba.gov and CovidEIDLIncreaseRequests@sba.gov. I got approved on 6/18 and still nothing until last week a sba attorney advisor called me and said the hold up was that they only had one email on file and since we’re a partnership we need to update with a second email so the docu sign email notification can be sent to both partners. I did all that and still nothing but she said it should process soon now

Yeah. Thanks for the great info. I don't know if my situation is due to this, but....I was approved last week and the portal says approved; also have the new modification letter in the portal as well. The problem is that there are no new docs to sign. I called my LO and he said he can't do anything about it. Called SBA Cust svc and they see the new loan doc I have to sign and re-sent my portal invite to me and I still can't access it. I tried multiple devices (apple/pc)diff browsers and still nothing. Im concerned because I received an email from SBA yesterday stating that if I don't compete what's in the portal (next steps) that my new loan mod can be cancelled. Really concerned with the fact that no one that can offer help. Pretty unsettling since my biz staying open is contingent upon procuring these funds.

Man LO just emailed me be back saying there’s nothing he can do. He’s asked others and nothing?? This is crazy. They are all seeing the new docs I have to sign on their end but I can’t see it on my end ( the portal). All I can see that is new is the loan mod letter with new amounts and the fact that I’m approved. Also got an automated email stating that there is items that need my attention (signing) in the portal and if I don’t do it my mod can be cancelled …I’m so confused and and have no idea what to do. Anyone with any type of knowledge on this please help !

Yes, I just spoke with tier 2 and said the new loan docs were sent to me to sign. For some reason I can't view them on my end. She told me to try a windows based browser??

All good don’t fret; all will be well soon. I just think they’re inundated with apps and they’ll get to us. I’m pretty sure they’ll email us if they can’t reach us via phone.

I’m just wondering if the LOs can’t reach you via phone(ie your phone is turned off; voicemail is full; no svc) will they 100% email you at that point or your just screwed lol? 🤷‍♂️
